My name is Jeff and I am 75 years old. About 20 months ago I developed a sore buttock and leg which was really bothering me. I had done a few overseas trips in this time and long haul flights were a nightmare as I found I had to stretch my leg out further than plane seat room allowed.I am over 6 foot tall and found this very uncomfortable.

I had quite a bit of physio which temporarily relieved the pain, but did not cure. I was taking quite a few pain killers at this time. In early 2013, after researching and finding naturopath Bruno Marevich, he found my posture was out (probably after many years of doing a desk job).

After Bruno’s manipulation I am pain free. He has also given me a few simple exercises which have proven successful. I see Bruno once a month and now being pain free, would recommend this natural method.
